As you can tell by this, it seems like my totals were pretty accurate for the area. Maybe I should have lowered it a little more in Extreme Southern NJ.

Exact totals for Upton:

http://forecast.weather.gov/product.php?site=NWS&issuedby=OKX&product=PNS

For Mount Holly:

http://forecast.weather.gov/product.php?site=NWS&issuedby=PHI&product=PNS&format=CI&version=1&glossary=0

Seems like banding was pretty close to what I predicted, as heaviest totals are in Suffolk, Westchester, most of NE NJ and Central NJ. Next update will come soon with another possible storm next week?
